Andrew Ingrassia, MSW, CRPS, TTS

Andrew Ingrassia is a clinician and healthcare leader whose work bridges direct mental health care, behavioral health systems, and community-based recovery. With experience supporting individuals facing serious mental illness, trauma, and complex life stressors, he brings an adaptive, theory-informed approach grounded in both professional training and lived experience. He holds a Master of Social Work and is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, is a Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and Certified Recovery Peer Specialist, offering therapy, group services, and strategic consulting shaped by a practical, humane commitment to resilience and meaningful change.

Rebecca Carter, LCSW-QS, CTTS

Rebecca Carter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and Adjunct Instructor at Florida State University. Her work integrates compassionate clinical care, workforce development, and community health leadership, with a focus on expanding access to evidence-informed mental health and substance use treatment. Rebecca’s therapeutic style is collaborative, person-centered, and strongly informed by Motivational Interviewing, and her leadership includes service as Board President of NAMI Tallahassee and Recovery Opportunity Collective, reflecting her sustained commitment to ethical, accessible, and recovery-oriented care.

Amanda Ingrassia, LCSW-QS

Amanda Ingrassia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of both Florida State University and the University of West Florida, where she earned her Master of Public Administration. Alongside her work at Pine Wellness, she serves as Intake and Eligibility Supervisor for the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities, overseeing complex eligibility determinations and system-level access to services across the region. Her leadership reflects a commitment to trauma-informed, dignity-driven practice that extends beyond therapy into policy, programming, and community impact. Amanda provides structured, reflective clinical supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns, supporting the development of ethical, confident, and community-minded clinicians.
